About

Palace took over the site previously run by Flutters Bingo, re-opening its doors in February 2018 after a refurbishment that included the addition of a new snack bar and drinks bar (and yes, the heating now works too)! The club is near the town centre, just off the main High Street. Buses 15, 26, 29x, 120, and 159 will drop you off and pick you up just opposite Marlborough Square. There is a members-only car park behind the club, and it is also possible to park just around the corner on Owen Street if all of the spaces are already taken.

The family-run business prides itself on its warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is made possible by its friendly team, who are always on hand to answer any questions you might have. For bingo, watch for the latest promotions and offers, such as double discount vouchers, to get the most value for your money.

The venue was previously known as the Olympia Theatre, which not only staged live performances but was also used as a skating rink. After closing in the 1960s, it was converted to a bingo hall; however, the magnificent interior decor can still be seen today.

FAQ

Aim for the Marlborough Square stops on Belvoir Road, which are just around the corner from the club’s entrance on Jackson Street. Local services including routes such as 15, 26, 125 and 159 call here, linking Coalville with Whitwick, Ravenstone and nearby villages. For a wider range of services, Memorial Square and High Street stops are a few minutes’ walk away and are used by longer-distance routes including 29 and 29A between Leicester, Coalville and Ashby.
