There is no private Crown car park at 64 London Road, but London Road town-centre car park sits just along the same road and is only a 2–3-minute walk from the entrance. This council car park has around 98 spaces and runs pay-and-display / pay-by-phone tariffs between roughly 8am and 6pm, with standard charges shown on the boards. If spaces are tight, Lyon Street car park is another short-stay option a few minutes’ walk away, also council-run with pay and display and a local parking-disc scheme that can give a short free period for eligible drivers.
