What Is The Chase Bingo?
The Chase Bingo is based on the popular ITV quiz show and even features Anne Hegerty calling the numbers! This is a 90-ball game which means there are prizes for marking off 1-line, 2-lines and a full house. It’s available exclusively at Entain-owned bingo sites.
In addition to the three regular prizes, this room features a ‘Beat The Chaser’ game that the winner of the full house gets to play. This follows a similar concept to the TV show and provides an extra prize for the winner.
Not only that, but this room also features a special community progressive jackpot, so there are certainly plenty of chances to win.
How To Play
It is important to note that this game cannot be found in the main lobby. Instead, you will find it in the TV Specials room. This room features different themed games on rotation, so you may have to wait a couple of games before The Chaser appears. You can check the schedule by clicking the pre-buy button. This will show you what time The Chaser games will play and how much the tickets will cost.
In general, tickets vary from 5p-20p and you can purchase up to 72 per game.
When the game starts, balls will be called and the first player to match 1-line, 2-lines and then a full house will win the advertised corresponding prizes.
Beat The Chaser
The winner of the full house also gets to play the Chaser Feature game, however, all of the roomies will be able to watch it play out. When the feature starts, the winner will be given 10 seconds to choose between three prize amounts, a higher, mid and lower value.
The chase board is divided into 7 segments and the position of where the player starts is dependent on the prize selection made. The higher-value prizes will be further away from home and closer to the chaser so are riskier to win. The smaller prize is closer to home and further away from the chaser, making them easier to win.
Once selected, the player will play against one of the 5 chasers at random and the outcome of the game is determined by simulated questions being answered. The aim of the game is to reach home before being caught by the chaser.
One correct answer will move the player one space toward home. Similarly, if the chaser gets an answer correct they move one space towards the player. An incorrect answer from either the player or the chaser will mean they stay on the segments that they currently occupy.
If the player reaches home before being caught, they will win the cash amount they chose at the start of the game. If the chaser catches the player, they will lose and instead receive a smaller consolation prize.
TV Specials Jackpot
The game is also part of the TV Specials Jackpot. This can be won if a player marks off all their numbers to call house in 32 calls or less. 50% of the prize will be given to the full house winner(s) and the other 50% to the community.
The pot starts at £500 and increases by 0.05% of ticket sales, slowly increasing over time until it is won before resetting to £500.
