The manager on Thursdays has always been helpful and respectful.
I have been coming here every Thursday and Saturday once a month, I found the manager tonight quite rude (Saturday) and had favourites sharing sweet’s with members who then went on to win quite a few in house games. I think this is a complete fix, with the same people are always winning.

All the staff and managers are superb, they are always on hand to help you with the technical side of all the games, if like me you are a newbie. The venue is in good condition and is always welcoming. Plus, the jumbo hot dogs are to die for and are good value for money.

The staff are helpful at times. I have been going to this club for over 20 years, staff and customers have come and gone but I have loved playing bingo here up until recently.
There are people talking when bingo is on and food and cutlery were mucky with leftover food on it. The caller didn't seem bothered when people were talking recently and this is the second time I have been since it has reopened since lockdown. It's definitely not the same bingo as before and personally I think it is horrible. I spoke to the manager about this and to be honest, I can't see myself rushing to go back to this club, even after all these years I have been going.

I love the bingo games but...
The 6 electronic games are over too quickly, then there is a long wait of 40 minutes for the last 6 games. It needs attention as it becomes boring.

Staff are very helpful and friendly.
I ordered food, which was cold when it arrived. Callers call the numbers out fairly fast, which at times, I found difficult to keep up with. Also, it's not very clear which game of bingo is being played. As a new member, I found this very confusing.
